RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the product being a hygeine item no returns are allowed. To be refunded on a product item must be damaged and deemed unusable upon receipt of item. Seller does their best to get the item to the Buyer as expected. If the item has melted in transit please message or email Seller. Refunds on melted items will be assessed on a case by case basis and not be refunded automatically. To qualify for a full refund Buyer must contact Seller within 7 business days of receiving the item. If Buyer has not contacted seller within seven business days after receipt Buyer forfeits full refund .Once package is delivered to Buyer's address Buyer is responsible for making sure they get package into an environment that will keep contents safe. SHIPPING INFO
Shipping takes 3-5 business days and goes through USPS firstclass shipping. Anything over 16 oz automatically gets shipped through USPS priority 3 day shipping. Currently not shipping internationally.
